 90ֲ° Phase Shift Mirror
大多数 CO2 激光器产生具有线性极化的激光光束。但对于切割钣金而言,如果切割特性独立于切割方向,则要求圆形极化的光束。要将线性极化光束转化为圆形极化光束,可以使用 90° 相位延迟镜面(也称为 Lambda/4 镜面)。该镜面有一个特殊的涂层,可以产生反射光束 s-极化和 p-极化分量之间的 90° 相移位。如果这些分量具有相同的强度和相位(与线性极化相对应),反射光束在两个分量之间经过一个 90° 的相移位(与线性极化相对应)。
