全反射镜与转向镜非常类似。但是,涂层的耐久性要更关键,因为全反射镜要暴露在气体放电以及腔体内的高激光功率密度之下。因此,涂层必须具备最佳的环境抗力和低吸收性,以尽量减少热变形。
